Flashing a phone is the
most use solution if the phone have a big problems ( e.g, Keep
Restarting, The Phone have a OS Problem, etc. ) some people are
flashing this phone because he or she need to install a latest update of
firmware or install a custom firmware. So anyway so Let’s proceed how
to flashed this unit, i flashed this unit because the phone is keep
restarting i try to use the hard reset function but still not working.
If you have a problem like this maybe flashing your phone is the
solution.
Needs:
- Cable
- Flasher - This the software is to able you to flash your Samsung Galaxy Y GT 5360
- Samsung USB Driver This is the latest samsung USB Driver for this 2013 you can download here, this is important too, if you don’t install it the odin can’t detect your smartphone even you have pressing the download mode. After the download this software please install it.
- Firmware for Samsung Galaxy Y GT 5360 – Firmware
- Extract the firmware rar files that you download
- Open the Samsung USB Drive
- Click the Pit file and find the totoro_0623.pit.
- Select the bootloader and find your firmware files that you download DefaultCalDataWithBoot_S5360XXKK5_REV05.tar.md5
- Click the PDA and insert the PDA_S5360XXKK6_REV05.tar.md5
- Click the CSC and insert GT-S5360-MULTI-CSC-OXEKK1.tar.md5
- Plug your smartphone on your PC/Laptop.
- Press The Volume Down + Middle Button + Power
- Press Volume up to continue
- You will see there's a yellow flashing in odin it mean it's okay and your device has been succesfully connect on your PC. If it's not detecting please install samsung mobile device. See my top post.
- Click the start button.
- The flashing is processing and wait for a while
- If you see this it's mean the transferring is sucess and you will see your smartphone is restarting.
- Click the circle that you see on the image to able you to change a language.
- Drop down and find the english(United States)
- Click the android picture and enjoy your new flash samsung galaxy y 5360.
- Done!
